My name is Patrick Siebert and I recently migrated from Germany to Sweden with my partner. I am currently looking for employment as a Software-Developer or Software-Engineer.I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science as well as two years experience as a software developer. Through both my education and employment, I have acquired knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks, as well as gained experience in communicating with customers, leading team meetings, and working in an agile team that uses Scrum. The last 2 years I have worked for a company with a large e-commerce platform. I was working on the full tech-stack needed to run such a platform. From bug-fixing in legacy-code, to development of brand new features (Front- and Backend) in a “test-driven” approach and the deployment of the shop. Most of all I learned how to adapt to new tasks, learn quickly and transfers existing knowledge to new challenges/programming languages/frameworks.In addition to my background in Computer Sciences, I have a Master's of Law and two years working experience in various legal offices. During this time, I expanded and refined my communicative skills, establishing knowledge in non-violent communication and professional negotiation skills. I have a special interest in EU regulations regarding AI- and Data-Protection. I believe my work experiences in both Computer Science and Law ensures my ability to work individually and in teams as well as provides me a unique outlook on problem-solving, communication, and leadership. I thrive in a team-environment and love being able to bounce new ideas of each other and help colleagues out.Long-term, I would like to work in a communicative role within the software-development process like a Product-Owner, though I am looking to further my software development experience first and also become fluent in Swedish.
