Seasonal Job (Open from late Spring - early Fall). As manager, I:-Trained new employees in daily operations, helped devise and implement policies.-Supervised staff.-Responsible for opening and closing the store.-Cashier for high-volume operation.-Managed day-to-day operations, end of day reports.-Maintained inventory, ordered supplies and restocked as needed.-Helped set employees work schedules and manage daily changes based on volume.-Cleaned store inside and out, managed upkeep and appearance at all times.-Greeted and assisted customers.
