Contact Center Agent
Current- Working from Home in a call center type position.
- Taking inbound calls to assist drivers of associated companies with accident and damage claims for their fleet vehicles.
- Organizing repairs with associated vendors and becoming a line of contact for drivers, their company, and repair shops.
- Providing support and follow-up for roadside assistance when necessary.
- Keeping accurate records to keep claim, client, and driver information up to date while also making sure anything is properly adjusted as new standards and regulations are pushed forward.
