Develop and execute strategy to engage Military and Department of Defense customers to grow military business across multiple product lines and business units within DuPont. Strategy implemented doubled military business over the course of one year.Design and execute multi-level marketing plan for the military and defense related industries to demonstrate value of products for fabricators through end users.Develop pricing and portfolio strategy for military and defense related industries consistent with applicable laws and regulations on export control.Engage with end use customers to align technology and business roadmaps to ensure DuPont projects and developments were targeted to customer needs.Direct sales force and consultants in alignment with the military strategy to maximize the impact of the resources available while avoiding duplication of effort.

Manage portfolio of products for electronic materials in the components, Biomedical, Military, and Telecommunications segments, including life cycle, profitability, and new product development strategies.Develop pricing and portfolio strategy for military and defense related industries consistent with applicable laws and regulations on export control.Engage with end use customers to align technology and business roadmaps to ensure DuPont projects and developments were targeted to customer needs.Direct sales force and consultants in alignment with the military strategy to maximize the impact of the resources available while avoiding duplication of effort.

Guide organization through ISO 9001:2000 compliance and recertification audits with LRQA.Manage site corrective action system.Manage team of 8 people in various functions to support the QA/QC system on site. Manage budget, performance, and personalities to meet performance objectives.Implement and manage quality system with sites in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.Interface with worldwide team of quality managers to support the QA/QC testing procedures and protocols.Conduct and manage site audits, supplier audits and lead customer audits of facilities to insure compliance with Quality Systems as well as customer specifications and requirements.
