Axle build, tear down, analysis, development of current T1 truck axle and future products in development engineering for Driveline Group at GM Proving Ground. Responsible for build, tear down and analysis of gear contact pattern , test axles as well as internal support for assembly plant quality. Also building other prototype future driveline products like PTU, RDU, front axle, rear axle. Benchmarking current and past RDM, PTU, and driveline components for comparison.

Engine Dyno operator for engine validation at GM. Operating Dynamometer for the Validation group running various tests of new engines to be validated before production, as well as instrumenting the engine with thermocouples, RTDs, pressure sensors and hoses, wiring harnesses, prop shafts, guarding, custom exhaust systems, turbos, super chargers, fabricated parts as needed to support testing.
