I have interned for Builders and Managers Inc. for 4 consecutive summers starting in May 2016. This is a real estate development and property management company located in Wilmington, DE. Throughout the years I have assisted with: -renovation of the new wing of a retirement home-designed and project managed the renovation of a commercial space- developed a 3-d site model and have used this model to create a set of presentation renderings for a potential client-handled the permitting process for multiple projects and have created project schedules and detailed budget spreadsheetsThis past summer, through Builders and Managers, I worked with Second Chances Farms, also located in Wilmington DE. This is a new company with a mission statement to build multiple vertical farms in or near opportunity zones and employ returning citizens. Through there, I:-surveyed a 40,000 sqft existing building and created a set of As-Built plans, sections, and 3-D model-designed within that space, the company’s first vertical farm and support spaces-developed presentation set of drawings and renderings for investors, the city, and overall marketing

-Served as role model, supervisor and counselor to campers between the ages 5 and 10-Facilitated activities and field trips-Integrated reading and innovative arts & crafts into the program
