I supervise 24 employees in the execution of multiple projects. Some key projects would include major and minor construction and remodeling. Complete rebuilds of restaurant, lodging, financial, and commercial work areas. I pride myself in building trust with my employees by understanding and care.

Adhere to the Community College of the Air Force standards and evaluations guidance. Perform evaluations of student instructors ensuring qualification standard will be met. Annual evaluations of qualified instructors ensuring standards and quality of instruction is maintained. Responsible for instructor database through excel, microsoft word, powerpoint and internal programs.

As a structural craftsman I have the expertise of locksmithing, carpentry, metal working, general masonry. Throughout the years I have became a great leader of structural personnel directly supervising over 28 at one time. Taking my advanced knowledge and teaching has been a great and rewarding opportunity. Certified through lockmasters security institute X-07 - X-10 installation and service, GSA safe certification, Professional locksmith certification, Pro-Lock level III to include surreptitious entry.

I currently manage Exercise support which includes all vehicle planning and maintenance of over 75 specialized vehicles. Also I am the lead support for all fuels which enables all operations constant supply. I execute and supply all support functions for each exercise and mange additional subject matter personnel to ensure adequate and safe environment. In addition to this I am a Combat Skills Instructor with a specialty in Land navigation. I instruct personnel on the effective use of maps/compass/GPS. Armed with these skills my students are prepared for the unforeseen chance they have to get out of danger and too a safe zone.
