I’m Pat Sperry, and my mission is to empower you to align with your highest self and live a life you truly love.I offer custom coaching, yoga, and meditation plans designed for you to flourish. As a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Founder of Flourish Well-Being, and Professional Wellness Coach, I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their path to purposeful and whole-hearted living. You are worthy, you belong. My journey began as an athlete and musician, driven by the need to “be the best.” Growing up in Chicago, I was an accomplished athlete with a wall of blue ribbons. I went on to play varsity soccer at the University of Michigan while pursuing a degree in filmmaking. After graduation, I chased my creative passions in Los Angeles, where I recorded two albums and even worked as David Beckham’s body double. Despite living what seemed like an exciting life, I felt the cumulative weight of perpetual striving and the void of never being enough. A chance encounter with yoga redefined my path. One afternoon, a friend introduced me to yoga, and it transformed my life. Two weeks later, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga training program, setting off a journey that would lead me to become a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with thousands of hours of training and decades of teaching across the globe.For nearly 4 years I traveled across India and Asia and immersed myself in spiritual practices learning from Masters and being initiated into Yogic, Buddhist, Taoist, and Reiki lineages. I lived in temples and ashrams, pouring myself into the study and absorption of ancient wisdom teachings. Upon returning to the U.S., I founded Flourish™ as a vehicle to impact the lives of many to heal, connect, and actualize their full potential. Today, my work is centered on building community and supporting others to flourish. Through embodying the teachings I’ve been blessed to receive and staying connected to my own practices, I guide individuals to embrace life, navigating the highs and lows of the human experience with grace, enthusiasm, and compassion.If you’re ready to access your highest self and summit the heights of human potential, here and now is where we begin.
