I am a Systems Engineer with 5 years of experience working individually and within IPT/scrum teams. I have over a year’s worth of experience as Agile Scrum Master, assisting in the direction of the LM NGI Boost Vehicle SEI team of 5-10 team members. Consistently performed to EVM goals and maintained good standing with CAMs.Experienced in requirement development and derivation utilizing DOORS and Cameo MBSE tools. Created requirements specifications from scratch - involved with the development/refinement of about a dozen performance and procurement specs up and down the Vehicle product tree. Emphasized traceability, linking, verification and derivation rationale for requirements throughout design and analysis cycle for a new development program.In Cameo I created logical and physical IBDs capturing interfaces and activities for the applicable Subsystems and Units; distilled value properties, activity diagrams, and ensured requirement typing was consistent between DOORS and MBSE tools.Gained the requisite knowledge, training, and expertise to become a Responsible System Engineer (RSE) delegate for 2 major subsystems for the Boost Vehicle. As the LM NGI SEI Boost Vehicle Interface Lead, I coordinated and captured the functional/performance characteristics, CONOPS, interfaces, and constraints for the boost vehicle. Resulting in requirement gaps and overlaps being identified throughout the intended CONOPS and lifecycle of the vehicle; and thus refined the requirements space to optimize integration activities and verification & validation (V&V) costs for the program.Presented interfaces, both internal to boost vehicle and external to other subsystems and Customer items, to the Government Customer at NGI Boost Vehicle Preliminary Design Review (PDR).Lead the development of tailored Entrance and Exit Criteria for subsystem/supplier design reviews that adhere to MDA standards. I have also been involved with writing Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs), Configuration Management Plans (CM plans), and other high level program guiding documents. Also have Contamination Control Architecture development that impacted entire system lifecycle from cradle to grave.I have experience using and being an admin and moderator for SmartBear Code Collaborator for document and product reviews. Was a data transfer agent (DTA) for about 3 years with responsibilities and access to both internal and customer information systems to support program operations.I’m looking to continue my professional career with a company tasked with exciting and important work.
