Project Controller
CurrentResponsibilities include budgeting, forecasting and scheduling, developing pricing for new work orders and contract extension. Develop ETC’s each period for all projects, including scheduling and leading meetings for management and cross functional reviews. In depth knowledge of both commercial and government contracts to ensure cost and schedule meet the specific requirements of each. Responsible for creating and providing cost and revenue reports and future estimates based on schedule, contract type and project status. Develop and maintain baselines (cost/revenue/schedule) and WBS’s for projects to enable tracking, reporting and analysis. Creating the Project Setup, including revenue/cost ceilings, charge structures and funding levels to allow for accurate reporting, billing and contractual obligations. Implemented reporting and analysis policies for Internal Work Order (IWO) projects. Developed processes for routing, tracking and pricing (IWOs). Responsible for reconciling and approving invoices including, but not limited to, hold and releasing costs to match billing periods Continue to take on additional responsibilities and projects, including pre-proposal and in process cash-flow analysis of projects. Assist and Mentor team members in all facets of Project Controls, including, IWO and internal processes, Service Center structures and corporate review procedures.
