I am a lifelong resident of Hanover and started my sales career in the family business Stambaugh Auto and Industrial Supplies. In 1965 I attended Penn State University for the educational courses required to obtain my real estate license. I served my apprenticeship with Penn Realty of York and soon after opened my own business, Key Real Estate in Hanover. I also created the Key Institute of Real Estate, which was a State licensed school that I taught and managed. Later through a merger of several real estate companies, we emerged as Peoples Choice Realty, LLC. I am a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and a member of the York Adams Counties Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. I am presently a director and past president on the board of Mount Olivet Cemetery, a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, the Benevolent and Protected Order of the Elks.I served as a director and appraiser on the board of First Federal Savings Bank and Financial Trust, which is now M & T Bank. I served as a director and past president of the Hanover Credit Bureau, I served as secretary .for the Conewago Council of The Boy Scouts of America.
