A varied portfolio of responsibilities including:* Delivery of company wide Human Resources functions, alongside external HRBP. * Advising Managers and colleagues regarding all HR concerns and issues.* Formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.* Employee Engagement and Talent Management.* Employee Training and Development, Internal delivery and External booking.* Grievance, Disciplinary and Redundancy process with guidance from HRBP.* Human Resources Administration.* Customer Service and Complaints Management.* Collaboration with external bodies such as Devon Trading Standards, Performing Rights Society and TV Licensing Authority to ensure excellence in Customer Service and legal compliance.* Office administrative assistance.* Over seeing multiple stores across South West England, driving sales teams to optimise opportunities and profitability.* Face to face Customer Engagement.
