National Composite Adversary Force MemberTeam Leader of the Nuclear Industry's National Composite Adversary Force (CAF) charged with testing commercial power plant security strategies nationwide through government regulated Force-on-Force exercises. CAF Selection Cadre. Responsible for tactical planning, task organization, and tactical employment of three adversary teams. Responsible for all tactical training to include Close Quarters Battle, Combat Marksmanship, Explosive Breaching (Simulated) and Urban/Rural Movement. Responsible for all matters of health and welfare, travel arrangements, and equipment procurement totaling in excess of tens of thousands of dollars. Participated in 300+ Force on Force exercises at 61 commercial Nuclear Power Plants inside the United States. Expert in security officer duties and responsibilities, security strategies and techniques, and developing training exercises and drills to test security plans. Provided small group instruction on CAF SOPs during Adversary Training Courses.
