Responsible for the creation, design, training, testing, and monitoring of the firm's RIA compliance program. Oversaw all corporate and fund financial reporting, external audits, tax structuring and compliance (including for REITs, Opportunity Zone Investments, and Federal and State Historical Tax Credits), internal controls, and treasury across several unique shareholder structures.
