Experienced Air Traffic Controller, OJTI and Assessor with a demonstrated history of working in busy and complex airspace and liaising with the airline industry and military aviation. Currently a valid Melbourne TCU Approach Controller with OJTI and WPA qualifications responsible for Melbourne Airport Approach and Departures as well as Essendon, Avalon and Moorabbin airports.Completed OJTI course in 2017 and WPA (work place assessor) course in 2018.Previously rated at Aberdeen Airport with Nats and I am both tower and Approach trained having completed both courses in the UK.Experienced in Management and leadership and able to undertake any tasks at hand as well as project forward.Further I am a member of the Australian Army Reserve, learning new leadership, teamwork and development tasks that I aim to bring back to my role as an Air Traffic Controller. At the same time I fully uphold the 5 key values of the Australian Army being Service, Courage, Respect, Integrity and Excellence. Previously conducted flight training in Melbourne where I gained my flying licences which gives me a better understanding of air traffic management and pilot/controller workload in busy and demanding environments.
