By combining the two agencies’ strengths and resources, I enhance the United States Government’s (USG) ability to deter and prevent cyber threats to national security information systems, and to investigate, arrest, and convict those responsible for malicious cyberattacks. By successfully building relationships between NSA CCC, FBI and private partners, the FBI is able to receive critical information that allows more effective engagements with victims of cyberattacks.
