I lead 200 employees and 12 supervisors and was responsible for performance management of the entire unit. I led or was part of leading over 40 continuous improvement events that increase production efficiency by 25% on the tank barge production line. Worked with 3rd party firm to design and build a new state of the art automated wing box production line, which eventually led to the hopper barge production ramp up by 50%to a rate of 300 barges per year.
