Serves as a member of the Talent and Workforce Development management team at Seattle City Light. Identifies, acquires/develops technology and processes for more efficient payroll, records and benefits transactions.Provides leadership, development and oversight of effective leave management activities, Human Resources Information System, and all employee transactions, including implementing changes resulting from labor union contracts and agreements.Provides leadership for the development of human resources policies related to employee records, requests for employee information, leaves of absence, and matters pertaining to timesheets, pay and compensation that comply with local, state and federal standards and regulations.Provides leadership, coordination and representation on matters pertaining to unemployment claims.

Program manager for City Light's portion of the City of Seattle wide new LTMS program.Responsible for management issues, serve as troubleshooter, and provide advice to the HR Director accordingly. Provide general administrative and analytical support, track Director and Managers accountabilities and coordinate and evaluate departmental programs. Assist the Division’s management in accomplishing functions at the Division level, lead implementation of utility-wide HR initiatives, and research and analyze a variety of administrative and operational issues and problems.
