I was also a member of the Global R&D team. - Co-founded and co-led the Geneva Leadership Alliance, building innovative and practical leadership development portfolios and projects for Peace, Security & Development HQ and field missions from around the world. Engaging participants and missions from some of the most complex, multi-cultural, and volatile contexts, from senior foreign affairs ambassadors to field crisis leaders. -CCL as Regional Director for Northern Europe. Now as Strategic Business Partner.- Partner at Decision Dynamics, a consulting firm specializing in creating and adapting assessment tools to develop leaders and teams. - At the Industrial Technology Institute (USA), I was Lead Design Architect of the Advanced Manufacturing Implementation Game (Advantig), an early (1989s-90s) strategy formulation and implementation intervention, used by practice leaders, technical institutes (including IBM), and technical schools in helping mid-size manufacturing organizations align human, organizational and innovation implementation strategy. - Formed an early alliance with Genicom to develop a North American-wide onsite IT service business. - Published in refereed and industry journals, specifically addressing aligning value development strategy with human capabilities.I work from Stockholm, speak Swedish, appreciate every day and welcome your contact.
