Prepare PPAP document for part qualification.-Establish the QCP for part and prepare the II and quality checklist for each process quality control, Such as molding/LDS/Plating/Painting/Assy/CNC.-Monitor the quality performance and review the quality issues with project team, reduce the defect rate and increase the quality performance in customer site.- Handle the complain from customer site and reply the improve actions and 8D report.- In the development stage, set up the incoming quality standards and supplier quality control system; and qualify the incoming materials.

- Set up the quality standards and quality control plan for SMT/Testing/Assy process; compile the quality documents such as QCP/SIP/check list and incoming inspection standard.- leading project quality improvement meeting and root cause analyze with relevant departments and work out the improved actions and track the validation.-Analysis the incoming materials issue in line and tracking supplier improvement actions and the implementation effect. - Handle the customer complaints, and respond related reports to customer.-Leading the project quality improve task, regularly for the QSA&QPA audit. - Training the IPQC, FQC, OQC inspection for customer complaints and the major quality issue.

- Leading the SMT failure analyze and actions track;  improve processes to improve product quality; monitor the quality performance.- Set up the quality control document for New customer / product; and prepare the quality control document. - The IQC incoming issue handling, tracking and review the supplier improvement report and implementation effect.- Handle the complain from LGD and reply the improve actions and  report. - IPQC, FQC inspection skills training, and regularly carry out the customer complaints amd the major quality issue training. - Lead agency in the implementation of ISO 9001/14001.
