In the first year as a dealership we went from a standing start to the third biggest Lotus dealership in the UK. I handle everything Lotus related, from taking initial enquiries to closing deals and then helping my customers with servicing and upgrades. I also handle all online and social media, as well as organising events such as our quarterly cars and.

Working in the main production room for the car department I built a huge variety of dampers, ranging from factory supplied kits for special edition factory cars to 1 off custom race cars. I was am part of the team responsible for making developing new applications for our catalogue. I soon began to work closely with our customers at race events and test.

I worked directly with the owner of the business at the shop overseeing all day to day tasks and dealing with customers. I also managed the companies social media pages, and organised additional events at race meetings for the company to retail at.
