Reports to the General Manager - Pizza Hut Australia (Sydney), and Managing Director - Pizza Hut Asia Franchise Business Unit (Singapore). A member of the Leadership Team in Australia. The role objective is to drive leadership for all technology decisions and executions.

Reports to the General Manager – Pizza Hut Australia and a member of the Leadership Team. Responsibilities include managing day to day IT as well as elevating the role of IT within Pizza Hut and its franchisees through successful driving and alignment of stakeholders to the global and local digital & IT agenda. The primary objective of this role is to step change digital in Pizza Hut to project digital dominance by focussing on enhancing customer experience touch points as well as cost effective IT management.

Reported to the Managing Director and was a member of the KFC Leadership Team. Responsibilities included managing IT as well as influencing franchise partners to implement global IT best practices in the Australian market.

Appointed as the executive to lead IT for both KFC and Pizza Hut before the brands became self-managed divisions in late 2010/early 2011. As part of the leadership team, responsibilities included discussions & decision making on overall business management including company P&L, marketing plans/calendar, development, OH&S, product development, and operations.

Full P&L responsibility and accountability for the New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory cinema business unit. The business unit was the largest in terms of cash flow and profits and represented 50% of the company’s EBIT at the time. Hoyts Cinemas Australasia was re-organised in 2003 to run as four business units; NSW & ACT, Victoria, WA & SA and New Zealand, with the GMs of each business unit reporting directly to the CEO. The objective was to re-organise to a “locally focussed structure” as opposed to the traditional “head office centric structure”. This was based on the recognition that no cinemas are alike, and that product offering, services and facilities must be localised to maximise business returns.

Reported to the CEO and was the chief executive responsible for the management of all aspects of Information Technology and Telecommunications for the group. This included providing strategic direction for all business units globally, tactical execution and management of technology in Australia and New Zealand.
