Provides corporate finance advice on M&A and Private Equity transactions ranging from £10m to £100m EV. Experience in providing corporate finance advice primarily on raising funds for management buy outs and buy ins, and to private shareholders on company disposals. Experience dealing with UK mid-market private equity, mezzanine and debt funders. My responsibilities include carrying out initial research behind companies, analysis of markets, building company profiles, pitches and information memorandums, research on potential buyers and buyer pools and construction of buyer research packs, the maintenance of control sheets, the marketing of companies, facilitating the due diligence process, monitoring of legals, and office administration.
