I am the Lead Engineer for Kubernetes service migration of our backend services that control access to thousands of IoT devices across a fleet of retail stores that use our lighting solution. Currently managing a remote team of developers to migrate legacy applications to our new k8s solution. Supporting features for various code bases written in C#, Go, & Ruby.

Working on Infrastructure team building Azure based ingestion / analytics features for IoT application.

While at Vertique I developed software used to facilitate warehouse primarily for the beverage industry. Our main application handled the following functions:- Order Imports- Pallet Solutions and Route Management- Inventory Management- Truck Loading- AS/RS Module- 3rd party InterfacesAdditionally, I built in modular licensing features, including a back end portal for internal management of features/dates/etc, software directed pallet pickup and delivery, as well as added new features to existing mobile application to facilitate various aspects of warehouse operations. Also assisted in creating numerous internal processes following Agile principles, helped maintain build server, wrote powershell scripts for Octopus Deploy and administered internal Jira/Confluence portals.

Software Engineer

Developed custom websites using Drupal, WordPress & Magento. Built reservation systems using Agilysys, PropertyPlus & HomeAware. Also added new features and fixed numerous bugs in existing custom web based CMS tool written in Adobe Flex.

Developing PHP web applications

Created regression test plans to cover all areas of Practice Management software. Created and executed automated test scripts using Mercury QuickTest Pro Testing suite. Regularly participated in project meetings with engineers, customers, and members of various business units to discuss new features, clarify requirements, and train documentation teams on new features.

Performed all levels of troubleshooting for client server application. Regularly submitted detailed reports for common problems found in the software.
