Analyzed data in a Health Care Pharmacy Support Environment; (Patient BV’s, Pharmacy, Payer, Supply Chain, and Finance), for large-scale executive dashboards. Developed C#, and T-SQL applications to bring data from an array of platforms; (Revenue, Services, Avaya, JournyX, Asana, Patient Plus, Access, SharePoint, Spreadsheets, and Portal applications), built normalized tables within SQL Server to house all incoming source data. Developed and implemented a business strategy for a mid-sized CNC woodworking manufacturing facility to service both business to customer and business to business markets with a yearly manufacturing budget of 300,000 and 3 full-time employees. Developed and maintained client sales relationships, and warranty of product deliverables. After only two years of attending corporate meetings to coordinate services, negotiating contracts, implement manufacturing schedules, reviewing packaging technics, shipping procedures, growth planning strategies, workflow management, and adjust work flows to meet the organization’s mission the budget increased to 1.2 million, employing 18 full-time employees. I supervised every aspect of architectural production, quality control, and installation of the manufactured wood components. I developed and implemented cost estimating and material procurement applications to increase profitability with-in the organization. Additional analysis allowed the organization to diversify adding a nation-wide installation group focusing on retail fixtures for the business to business markets. I managed an additional yearly budget of 550,000 dollars for this new diversified installation group. I scheduled, secured travel, and lodging for the installation crews. I was able to maintain all these process through the use of one office staff employee and myself using Microsoft Project; (to monitor the critical path), Microsoft Office Suite 2003 & 2007, and Access 2003; (to monitor raw material costs, production costs, installation costs, inventory control, payroll, and travel). I additionally conducted employee interviews, employee written and or verbal annual reviews, promotions, and documented employee disciplinary actions.
