Leadership to full implementation and maintenance of RSVP Trailblazers Volunteer Program. Responsible for grant writing and directing the program during a period of unprecedented recruitment and impact; tripling a volunteer base that serves over 2300 K-12 and adult students annually; significantly improving data collection and use for reporting on federal grant agency performance measures; coordinating recruitment, screening, training, placement, support and recognition of program volunteers; maintaining agreements that outline roles and responsibilities for volunteers, program partners and sponsoring organization.
