Over a decade's experience in all aspects of internal combustion engine design, development and calibration. Volume Manufacture and Tier 1 supplier interaction experience gained during extensive global travel - particularly in the far-east. Project Management training & experience.Career Highlight: I had overall responsibility for performance development, engine simulation, emissions compliance, cylinder head, camdrive & valvetrain design for the 2019 Triumph Rocket III.Previously I have worked in motorsport and held a position as a No 1 mechanic / Race Engineer for the highly successful Juno Racing factory team. I was involved in all aspects of car build and preparation at the factory and Race Engineer support across Europe as we competed in the VdeV Sports Prototype endurance racing championship. In my spare time I continue to be a keen motorsport enthusiast. In 2019 I competed in the BARC Speed Championship in 650bhp Camaro where I finished 1st-in-class.My specialties include: - Automotive powertrain design & development. - Engine simulation. - Engine calibration & combustion manipulation to minimise emissions. - Engine instrumentation & data capture & analysis. - Cylinder head casting and machining design. - Camdrive & valvetrain systems. I previously re-engineered an S1 Lotus Exige to run a 400bhp Ferrari F355 V8 engine and raced a 650bhp Camaro. I am currently building a <500kg electric Mini.
