Patrick spent his early career with Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, practicing and understanding the principles of the Toyota Production System, working in various operational and project management roles. Following 9 years with Toyota, Patrick transitioned into a consultancy role in 2000. This new role saw Patrick start to apply his learning's from Toyota into other businesses and various sectors around the world. Significant business improvement experience with an excellent track record of achievement in the rail, aerospace, manufacturing, FMCG, security and defence sectors.
