• Assist with event planning and coordination• Establish clear understanding of event purpose and desired outcomes including preparationof event briefing documentation.• Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence with attendees andenquiries regarding events.• Assist in the creation and distribution of event materials, web site management, invitations,and registration documents.• Assist in the membership database maintenance.• Assist with event documentation for example speaker notes, run sheets, registration lists,dietary and accessibility requirements, photography briefings, staff and VTIC board memberbriefings.• Assist with the management of venue documentation and correspondence, includingcontract review, menu selection and providing venue staffing requirements and direction.• Respond to inquiries from event attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.• Support event promotion efforts through social media, email campaigns, and onlineplatforms.• Assist with on-site event setup, tear-down, and coordination.• Assist with the management of partner involvement in events and ensuring that VTIC’spartner obligations are met.• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, process outgoing invoices and reconciling incominginvoices.• Provide on-site support during events, including registration and attendee assistance.• Please note that the specific tasks and responsibilities may vary depending on the
