Part of a project called Embrace. The project is to roll out 2,700 desktops/laptops to user across the UK and Ireland. Upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. In addition IBM Notes version 9 also rolled out to replace Outlook 2003.

• 1.To provide a single point of contact for Technology Department customers. 2.To restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact on the business operations, ensuring the best.
• Supporting the Group’s businesses and end-users in their use of Group IT and IS applications
• Diagnosing and resolving 1st and 2nd line technical and user issues within agreed service standards
• Ensuring all data backups are done on a nightly basis and can be restored in the event of a disaster
• Recording client incident calls on the Group’s helpdesk system and informing of progress
• Setting up of new user accounts and Deleting Leavers in accordance with the Group’s policy

I was responsible for the smooth running of the bar and the restaurant. Dealing with staffing, cash flow, stock control and ensuring that the customers had a great experience.

I was responsible for dealing with claims on the Accident Management side of the company. We had may banks as clients so it was my job to ensure all accident claims were processed in full with the insurance companies for all loss and to deal with the garages with regards to all repairs undertaken.
