• Qualifying new leads from SFA’s and other sources via the leads management system• Capturing the progress and outcomes of each lead timeously on Salesforce.com.• Preparing comparisons for clients and mailing it to both the client and the adviser(if applicable)• Follow up with clients as to whether they have received comparison• Email follow up communications to clients• Arrange telephone appointments with clients• Feedback to intermediary (if applicable)• Building relationship with intermediaries who support Completemed• Building relationship with Brokers for the various contracted Schemes• Advising clients(in terms of the FAIS Act) on options once comparison has been received• Needs Analysis completed with clients and send for scanning in terms of required compliance regulation.• Submit proposals for continuous updating and improvement of the comparison tool• Liaise with Sanlam staff and as well as Financial Advisers when needed
