CurrentProvide consultative education to current and potential participants of TIAA on ways to help achieve financial security while strengthening our institutional relationships and providing support to peers and our internal business partners.-Conduct one-on-one meetings with individuals on plan specifics, investment choices, the value of lifetime income and overall financial wellness.-Present educational workshops and webinars for institutional clients covering a wide range of financial topics driven by our mission metric: Save, Manage, Protect.-Work to increase enrollment in our retirement plans resulting in new assets to the firm.-Engage with plan sponsors to strategize on how to engage in different ways including at the department level, to help meet their employees where they are. Recently saw a 10+ increase in enrollments from a custom strategy.-Serve as a trainer to multiple newly hired financial consultants, sometimes several at the same time.-Subject matter expert to peers and business partners leveraging my 19+ years of experience at TIAA.-Consistently work to build, develop and maintain deep relationships with key plan sponsors and ultimately earn their trust and confidence in TIAA.-Identify and present ways to improve current processes and increase internal efficiencies.-Regularly present updates and accomplishments to TRAC and other business leadership teams.
