• Assist QA Team with report generation while using Excel, Cognos and BC TOPS • Translate performance metrics to required charts and provide analysis recommendation to management• Create custom reports to provide better work flow efficiency of Quality Control Process• Prepare monthly incentive report to ensure proper pay out to technicians
