Navy Erp Migration Support
Contributor on a long-term DoD (NAVY ERP) implementation project to migrate Navy commands from legacy systems to Navy ERP. Primarily responsible for maintaining the RAB100 training client and Training Support. As a RAB100 maintainer, kept the training client functional by creating/monitoring funding, extending materials, having training ID’s unlocked, assisting new users in logging in, troubleshooting reported issues (vendor, material, fund, etc.) and all tasks required to get the client back to normal after an annual refresh. Additional experience in using NIS (Naval Identity Services) in on-boarding task order personnel to eventually get them Navy ERP Production accounts.*Experience with E1-E3 funding: fund, funds center, and functional area relationships.*Experience with Navy ERP Budget Structure and DR Projects, creation, how they are funded, project funds assignment, and monitoring execution with ZRQIS related reports.*Experience with Navy ERP Purchasing scenarios and associated work flow, (ZFD, ZPCD, ZTRN, MILSTRIP), and follow-on activities such as goods receipt and SES.*Familiar with DMS and how PJS, PUR, and SFD documents are created/used in Navy ERP business processes.*Experience with FUEL/I826 Interface and its end-to-end process.*Solid understanding of Navy ERP roles.*Directly participated in SECNAV, FSA, NIA, BUPERS, and CNIC/NAVFAC migrations.
