Provide primary case management for homeless veterans from OEF/IEF, and other eras of service. Coordinate substance abuse and mental health services delivery for displaced veterans. Provide psycho-ed. programming, and oversee clients therapy with farm animals in a drug and alcohol free environment. Plan veterans treatment goals and aftercare over a 2 yr cycle of treatment.
