In my current role as a Project Coordinator at Queensland Rail, active involvement in diverse projects including commercial buildings and train management with budgets over $3 million. My focus is on optimizing project costs through effective contract negotiations and ensuring alignment with timelines and requirements.I coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers to streamline material procurement, minimizing cost overruns and ensuring timely project completion. Proactively addressing construction challenges like site constraints and scope changes, I maintain project continuity and minimize disruptions.I facilitate risk assessment workshops to identify threats and opportunities, providing stakeholders with concise reports for informed decision-making. Additionally, I have experience in work scope documentation, work pack review, and compliance with airworthiness obligations. I organise and chair meetings with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations while fostering coordination and communication.Experience of 7years serving in the Royal Australian Airforce as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Avionics). In that time I have worked on the KC30A Multi Role Tanker Transport for 6 years, holding the qualifications as a B2 MAML licence holder self certifying and as a Supervisor.During that time I have experience in Fleet management and planning for the KC30A Fleet; this included Daily maintenance briefs, scheduled fleet maintenance, aircraft maintenance tracking & aircraft task allocation.
