I have over 20 years of expertise and experience in product design, mold development and manufacturing. These techniques bring me to determine the appropriate design and material selection for tooling, fabrication, validation and assembly, then standardize the manufacturing process and define quality inspection items for qualified parts delivered in time and meet expectations across all stages of production. Deal with the requirements of assembly production, then produce goods according to the schedule and quality required. Develop test fixtures, perform reliability tests, analyze problems, and carry out the improvement and solution. These are my working items. I am familiar with product development to apply the DFM, DoE, fit check and PPAP to communicate with vendors and cross-functional teams to develop the manufacturing process, tooling, function check and quality test to make sure enough qualified components and modules were provided for each builds, EVT, DVT , PVT and MP. At the same time , I expanded my working field to reliability tests and supplier quality assurance, fixtures fabricating , defining components/ module quality requirements and further improvement for issue solving and cost saving. My passion and working process enable actions to speed up. Purpose to make everything go smoothly.
