1. In this position, I am responsible for assisting aviation ground support services to customers2. I am responsible for other services including aircraft fueling, baggage/cargo handling, aircraft towing, aircraft parking and lavatory/potable water service3. I have parked arriving aircraft and greeted customers4. Fueled aircraft of all types5. Aid aircraft flight crews and passengers with arrivals and departures by assisting with all service needs6. Provided safe and friendly aircraft services using ground service equipment7. Secured aircraft in accordance to company SOPs; includes the use of cones, chocks and other safety items8. I have kept all work areas including ramp spaces, hangars, offices, and parking lots clean and safe9. I receive fuel deliveries with all safety policies and procedures10. I assist customers both on and off airport property and complete general errands when needed11. Performed various groundskeeping and janitorial duties12. Thoroughly performed audits and inspection when they are necessary13. I tow aircraft and provide wing walking services14. I train new hires through NATA Safety 1st programs and on the job training.15. As the Quality Control Assistant Supervisor, I performed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual checks on GSE and fuel trucks16. Enter customer data into account’s to ensure and determine the best customer service experience and satisfaction.
