Wyoming, United States

Founded a Proof of Stake/Masternode utility cryptocurrency in Q4 2018. Beacon's primary directive was to provide a safe haven for investors who experienced exit scams and bad actors in 2017/18. The protocol was designed as a parent company with utility platforms within, and the BECN utility token acting as its universal currency. The industry pivoted away from process-heavy wallet technology and toward Layer 1 & Layer 2 EVM tokens, but Beacon continued to find ways to remain an active participant in the space. Beacon Project was absorbed by a Hong Kong-based company in April 2021. Patrick's association with the Beacon Project ended in July 2021.

Multiple Locations

Planned, constructed, and opened two new market locations. Managed four locations across the Midwest region. Hired, trained, and led 100+ veteran and new crew members on a day-to-day basis. Weekly sales exceeded $500,000. Managed employee scheduling and financial services. Coordinated shifts including deliveries, workflow, and crew assignments. Acted as mentor to advanced crew members in order to pursue promotion within the company.

Greater Omaha Area

Hired, trained, and managed facilities and intramural staff in the newly completed $75 million HPER Building renovation and expansion. Handled staff scheduling and supervision including performance reviews and/or disciplinary actions. Worked closely with several departments within the HPER Building to ensure smooth operation and access for all eligible persons.
