Well…I started out at Keybury aged 16straight from school on a YTS(Youth Training Scheme) for those of you who remember those. The scheme paid a cracking £17 a week wage in 1987 which just about covered the running costs of my 50cc Kawasaki nifty fifty that was forever breaking down on my way to work. I loved the job from my very first day as an apprentice engineer, starting literally right at the bottom of the ladder crawling around under damp and wet floors to dusty lofts running cables to making the brews and cleaning up - i did enjoy the 10.30am brew with bacon butties though !With lots of very hard work and determination over 36 years learning every job in the business has progressed me to Technical and Design Director here at Keybury today. I have a great wealth of knowledge and passion for everything I've been involved with at Keybury over the years.
