Fishing and Hunting are the two largest departments in the store and I manage those along with Hunting clothing, Archery and Fly fishing. I employ 5 supervisors along with 25 full and part time employees. Fishing.

I am accountable for leading the merchandising, visual, inventory and support teams in the store to achieve sales growth and operational excellence. I am also responsible for customer service and credit acquisition.I came to the New Hartford location during a difficult time for the store but achieved a YTD% sales increase of 14% during the third and fourth.
