• Worked with hotel, regional and global sales teams to identify and secure new revenue opportunities to ensure top line success at each of the properties

• Created WHG Sales Tool Kit for field usage at 7,500+ hotels worldwide

• Developed WHG sales incentive plans and Sales Essentials Training program for managed and franchised hotels

• Directed sales and marketing efforts for the domestic Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Brand consisting of 68 hotels for both managed and key franchised properties.
• Opened and staffed Wyndham’s first domestic resort sales office in Florida
• Converted the first Wyndham Grand Hotel in London, England
• Established shop call program for all sales personnel with monthly reporting

• Sales and marketing oversight of 20 WHG managed hotels and resorts located throughout the United States and Caribbean with annual revenues of $220M+.
• Created all sales, catering, revenue management productivity reports and models for this newly created management company
• Developed and administered the first WHG Sales Incentive Plan for the managed portfolio

• Regional sales and marketing oversight for 30 full-service hotels located throughout the US east.
