vrTours3D is in the business of creating smart real estate technologies, including visualization for new construction & remodel, virtual staging, virtual renovation and 3D tours. vrTours3D, also known as 123kanfang, is one of the world’s largest technology provider to produce 3D virtual tours at scale. Over 7 million 3D tours have been created since the inception of our company.

Wicresoft is one of Microsoft's joint venture companies that focus on service delivery. I started the company's Software Development Service Division in 2004, as VP & General Manager with full P&L responsibilities. We were able to acquire strategic clients and grew the division from 0 to over 1000 consultants. In 2008, I started Wicresoft's North America subsidiary and subsequently grew this organization to be one of the largest revenue contributors of the company.

Provided architectural consultancy on Microsoft platform to large enterprises and government customers. Led a China nationwide forum and training program for Software Architects (with focus on Microsoft enterprise solutions).

(1995-1998) Developer for Excel'97 and Word 2000; Awarded U.S. patent on grammar checking algorithms for Word 2000.(1998-2001) Dev Lead for MSN Communities (later groups.msn.com) for middle-tier and database; Awarded U.S. Patent on content creation and delivery on large distributed websites.

Implemented test automation for Lotus 1-2-3 for Macintosh.
