As a college student at Kelley School of Business, I have always believed that hard work, dedication, and leadership are essential qualities for achieving success in any field. My commitment to these values has helped me to excel both academically and in my high school sports.Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, taking on challenging coursework and striving for excellence in all of my endeavors. Whether it's staying up late to complete a research project or collaborating with my classmates to achieve a common goal, I always put in the extra effort to ensure that I am giving my best.My dedication to my studies has not only earned me academic accolades such as admittance into Hutton Honors along with being a Deans Scholar, but has also prepared me to be a leader in my chosen career path of finance. I have developed strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that allow me to take on complex challenges with confidence and creativity. For instance I was able to create my own summer job due to covid not allowing me to do my previous job. Allowing me to demonstrate my leader and dedication I use to further my career. As a leader, I understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and empathy. I strive to create an environment that fosters teamwork and encourages others to bring their best ideas to the table. I believe that by working together, we can achieve great things and in the end receive a better end result. In high school I was the captain of my football team and was able to lead my senior year team to a county championship.Overall, I am a driven and dedicated individual who is committed to success through hard work and leadership. I look forward to continuing to grow and learn as a professional and as a person.
