Resultant success ensued with the Heineken brand retaining number one status and Heineken Ireland attaining overall lager leadership.Subsequently as Commercial Director with responsibility for the customer facing organisation, I led the development of a key customer centric change programme leading to an industry leading customer service ranking (NPS +66).Looking back on my career I derive immense satisfaction from the key role I played in transforming a fledgling business into a market leader with sustainable sales and profit growth.This journey began by standing back and ‘dreaming a little’ – envisioning the possibilities into the future.
