My responsibilities include overseeing order management, stock control and logistic processes, producing and implementing proceedures with staff input to improve processes within this department, managing despatch staff, proactive tracking of orders, managing WH&S risks associated with the warehouse. •In my role as new public manager, my goal is to present and maintain the Tecpro brand to the esteemed level it has reached. My responsibilities include overseeing all areas of print and digital marketing and branding. Designing and maintaining websites, looking for new product lines and target markets and maintaining customer relations.

At tecpro we provide solutions to various industries such as mining, food and beverage and manufacturing relating to the spraying of liquids for cleaning, dust suppression, cooling, coating, fire protection etc. As a technical consultant my priority is to assist customers to find the most efficient and cost effective solutions to a huge range of applications.

In this role I handled day to day processing of customer orders, purchasing, stock management and receivals and despatch.

Role comprised of general building maintenance and painting work, both residential and commercial. Most commercial work was located in the Plymouth Naval base. Some projects of interest include painting the supports in a dry dock for nuclear submarines, repairing concrete rot in a naval refueling jetty, rust removal, treatment and painting of large fuel storage tanks.
