I am responsible for providing a high level of support on performance, development of people, talent pipelines and provide strategic support on employee compliance and standards. The People & Culture role is a multi-site role, being responsible for two McDonald’s restaurants in Ipswich QLD.

Responsible for liaising with eight franchise partners across eleven Muffin Break outlets throughout Brisbane, North Queensland and Northern New South Wales. I supported franchise partners in sales and profit-building through a process of audits, evaluations and on-site training.

Responsible for restaurant sales building, operational excellence, business profitability, quality assurance and people development. Achievements Include:- Winner of Drive-Thru of the Year QLD/NT 2015 & 2016.- Winner of Outstanding Restaurant of the Year QLD/NT 2017, 2019 & 2020.- Winner of Outstanding Restaurant Manager 2018 & 2019.- Increased Restaurant Revenue from $6.2M in 2015 to $10.6M in 2020.- Travelled to Port Douglas, Hamilton Island, Cancun and Dubai for Manager Conventions.
