Since January 2013 I changed my position at NICE systems to Technical Education Specialist.In this function I: - Develop technical training solutions for customers, partners and employees – on NICE CSS (CyberTech BV) products- Deliver technical courses to customers, partners and employees- Develop training materials and associated documentation for instructor-led training courses and eLearning offerings- Independently lead learning solutions through training life cycle – needs analysis, mapping, design, development and delivery- Work closely with the product house to gain expertise of new products and versions- Transfer knowledge to trainers worldwide on products, training materials, new offerings and delivery methods- Constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge needs of trainers worldwide

Senior Support engineer advanced support group of the Compliance and SMB solutions GBU at NICE systems. In October 2007 I started as Tier 1 / Tier 2 support engineer at CyberTech international which has been acquired by NICE systems in March 2011. This company manufactures voice recording systems with the following target markets:Financial services, Contact centers and Public safety. The company offers a complete in-house development and production of hardware and software for these voice recorders. As support engineer I was responsible for solving incidents with our voice recorder hardware & software (remote and on-site), doing field installations all over the world and testing of new software / firmware / hardware releases.After two years working as support engineer I became a senior engineer within the advanced support group. In the advanced support group I focus as product specialist on my own product portfolio: - NICE Trading solutions - Integrations with different trading voice platform vendors as IPC, Etrali, Speakerbus and BT - CDR integrations- Parrot DSC and firmware for passive voice recording of analog, digital TDM, E1 and different VoIPprotocols - Cisco SCCP, which is a specific voice recording solution, offering a selective recording solution in Cisco VoIP environments- NICE Mobile recording integration For these products I work closely with research and development on the release process, knowledge management, problem management & bug fixing, ‘first of a kind’ installations / ‘proofof concepts’, documentation and certification lab testing at vendor site. Another important role in this job is providing training to global distributors, business partners and colleagues around the world. These training took place, mainly in the ‘Alkmaar’ office, but also on site.

Telecoms field engineer at Nacap Telecom. In this role, I built experience with a high variety of installations in the data-, telecom- and cable television industries. This in the private and business sector. Providers I’ve worked for: - UPC - KPN - Bbned - Tiscali - Demon - Solcon - Verizon business - Fiber to the home (project provided by KPN and Triple play) In the years that I’ve worked as telecom fieldengineer I’ve build experience with digital / analogue cable tv, PSTN, ISDN, E1, E3, xDsl, Frame, Fiber to the home, internet / telephony over cable tv, infrastructures, home and business situations. Configuration of big variety of modems / routers like: Cisco, Thomson, Alcatel, Zyxel, SMC, Allied data, Ericsson and more. I also took classes from the different providers I’ve worked for.

In the same role I had at Nacap telecom. After the bankrupt of Hebo Telematica, Nacap telecom took over some employees including me.
