● Partner with relative stakeholders including but not limited to BD Team, Clients, e.t.c tounderstand personnel requirements to deliver high-quality TA practices to clients;● Work closely with TA Team Lead to hit timely sprint goals and set the metrics of the TA Team;● Act as a collaborator with BD Team & TA Lead to ensure the smooth operations of TA practiceswith high-quality customer service aspect;● Consult clients by providing TA guidance on talent requirements, and hiring plans according tobusiness timelines;● Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline &engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals ofvarious clients;● Figure out ensure solutions to hit an achievement of the timely goals;● Report directly to the TA Lead.

- Identifying and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment- Advising on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintain a candidate database- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment- Sourcing suitable candidates, phone screen, interview and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond- Offering CV, interview and general career advice- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
