Facilitate the successful implementation and integration of our donor management system (Virtuous) and customer relationship management system (Site Stacker), including troubleshooting, end-user training, minor system customization and webpage publishing, data validation and manipulation, user administration and provisioning, and coordination with our vendors/developers.

As the sole IT person, handle secure organizational and donor-related access and data, develop and meet project quality standards based upon departmental and organizational needs, maintain, research, and troubleshoot all end-user hardware and software on our Dallas campus (Apple and Windows), administrate and provide IT helpdesk assistance to our missionary body and staff, coordinate with high level IT consultants, research and purchase hardware and software solutions, provide on-site network, VoIP system, and server support (both VM and metal, primarily Windows Server but also introductory Linux), administrate web-based end-user and infrastructural systems, maintain on-site and off-site system backups, and interact with security auditors.
